All orders ship from Mena, Arkansas, USA.

Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Boutique Items

Most boutique (non-custom) items ordered before 5:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day.

  • Average Processing Time: Same day to 3 business days

Printed Apparel (Graphic Tees, Sweatshirts & Other Printed Items)

All of our printed apparel is professionally printed in-house at our Mena, Arkansas facility.

  • Processing Time: 3–9 business days
  • Average Processing Time: Approximately 3 business days

Embroidered Apparel

All embroidery is professionally stitched in-house by our team.

  • Processing Time: 3–12 business days
  • Average Processing Time: Approximately 3 business days

Made with Care

Every graphic tee, sweatshirt, and embroidered item is professionally printed or embroidered in-house by our team in Mena, Arkansas. We take pride in producing high-quality apparel made just for you, which is why custom items require additional production time before shipping.

While most custom items ship much sooner than the maximum processing time, production times may increase during holidays, major sales, or periods of high order volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Please Note: If a product description lists a different processing time, the processing time stated on the product page will take precedence over this general policy.


Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or another comparable carrier.

Estimated transit time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping transit time begins after your order has been completed and shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping includes an estimated 2–3 business day transit time after your order has been processed.

Selecting Priority Shipping does not reduce production or processing time unless otherwise stated.


Rush Shipping

Rush Shipping receives our highest processing priority.

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM Central Time typically ship the same business day (when eligible).
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM Central Time typically ship the next business day.

Rush Shipping includes expedited processing and expedited shipping whenever possible.

Please Note: Rush Shipping does not shorten the production time of made-to-order printed or embroidered items unless specifically stated in the product description.

Weekend and holiday processing is not available.

Tracking Your Order

Please provide a valid email address and mobile phone number during checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive tracking information by email and/or text message.

If your Facebook account is linked, you may also receive shipping updates through Facebook Messenger.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to begin updating. Shipping labels are often created before packages are scanned by the carrier.


Shipping Delays

Although most orders ship well before our maximum processing times, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Inventory availability
  • Holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Processing and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier or destination restrictions.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.


Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Feral Mama Finds is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Shipping delays
  • Delivery delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

If your tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please verify:

  • Street Address
  • Apartment or Suite Number (if applicable)
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP Code

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has already shipped, Feral Mama Finds is not responsible for replacing or reshipping the order at our expense.

Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure your shipping information is correct.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • A refused delivery
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Any other customer-related delivery issue

will require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Customers are responsible for all reshipping costs associated with returned packages. no refunds will be issued only a store credit.
