We take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with Feral Mama Finds, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds

Feral Mama Finds does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Eligible returns are issued as:

• Store Credit, or
• An exchange for the same item, when available.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of eligible merchandise only.

Store credit:

• Is issued electronically.
• Does not expire.
• May be used toward future purchases.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping value incurred by Feral Mama Finds may be deducted from your store credit.

Return Eligibility

Items must:

• Be returned within the timeframe stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Be unworn.
• Be unwashed.
• Be free of stains.
• Be free of smoke odor.
• Be free of perfume or other strong odors.
• Be free of pet hair and pet dander.
• Be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges unless required by law:

• Sale Items
• Clearance Items
• Personalized or Customized Items
• Monogrammed Items
• Swimwear
• Bralettes
• Headwear
• Cosmetics
• Gift Items
• Worn Items
• Washed Items
• Used Items
• Shoes showing signs of wear
• Holiday merchandise returned after the applicable holiday

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

If the error was ours, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was shipped by Feral Mama Finds.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

If an order has not yet entered production or shipping, we may approve a cancellation in the form of store credit only, at our sole discretion.

Refused Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our Return & Exchange Policy.

If a return is refused, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the item returned.

Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to follow our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order records, tracking information, and acceptance of these policies at checkout.
