You have two options for returning or exchanging an eligible item.
Complete the Return/Exchange Form and mail the item back using the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend USPS, as it is typically the most affordable option.

Complete the Return/Exchange Form and request a shipping label from us.
We will invoice you for:
Return shipping to our facility.
Return shipping back to you if you are exchanging an item.
Shipping label costs are based on the actual shipping rate and package weight.
Every package should include the Return/Exchange Card that came with your order.
If you do not have the card, please include:

Order Number
Phone Number
Email Address
This information is required so we can locate your order and process your return or exchange promptly.
Once we receive your package, we will email you with an update. If exchanging an item, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the replacement item and email you an invoice. Most exchange shipments range from $5–$8, depending on weight.
All approved returns are issued as Store Credit or an exchange for the same item, when available.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of stains
Free of smoke odor
Free of perfume or unusual odors
Free of pet hair or pet dander
In original condition
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, it will not qualify for an exchange or store credit. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the original item returned.
Feral Mama Finds reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
Eligible items must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.
The postmark date—not the date received—is used to determine eligibility.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale Items
Swimwear
Bralettes
Headwear
Personalized or Monogrammed Items
Gift Items
Cosmetics
Washed Items
Worn Items
Used Items
Shoes showing signs of wear
Holiday merchandise must be returned before the applicable holiday. Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after the holiday has passed.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless we shipped the incorrect item.
We recommend shipping through USPS and keeping your tracking number.
Feral Mama Finds is not responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility.

Ship the correct item at our expense.
Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
The incorrect item must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In the same condition it was received
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery and reporting any incorrect items promptly.
Defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Reports received after 10 days cannot be accommodated.
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it is considered final.
Orders cannot be canceled for a refund after processing.
If an order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we may issue store credit for the order amount at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
Feral Mama Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping value may be deducted from your store credit when an order is returned.
A restocking fee of up to $5.00 may be applied to any approved return or exchange.
Orders placed using Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions are eligible for exchange only.
Store credit will not be issued if an item purchased as part of a BOGO promotion is returned.
Please ensure all returned items are received in the same condition they were originally shipped.
Items returned with any of the following may be refused:
Smoke odor
Perfume or other strong odors
Pet hair
Pet dander
Stains
Signs of wear
Signs of washing
Damage caused after delivery
If a return is refused, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the original item returned.
